These writing practice sheets were made for Ms.G at the beginning of the school year when her kindergarten class would enter grade 1. Within the school year, many things are covered but a review at the beginning of each new grade is always completed to gauge each student's knowledge and understanding.
This project was also meant to act as a quiet colouring activity when all other assignments are completed.
Work for Ms.G and school for the students takes place online. Using platforms, such as Zoom, Twitch, and Google Classroom it was important to have a starting soon screen segment that would greet the kids as they enter their classroom. This would allow for some time for everyone to prepare and tune into class.
